White Maple Café is an American restaurant serving contemporary bistro cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. Created by Ryan Brining, who attended the Institute of Culinary Education and worked at Daniel in New York, White Maple Café provides quality eats and exceptional service in a casual and inviting atmosphere.
The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. White Maple Café is a BYO restaurant that also serves wine by the bottle from Ventimiglia Vineyard (Wantage, NJ). The restaurant is located at 47 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
